“A lot of the interactions I have seen over the years from my mentors have shown the value in treating people as more than just business transactions,” said Klassen. Keeping in mind that customers are also members of his community, he cannot wait to engage on a deeper level.
“I have wanted to sponsor community events or kids’ sports teams for years,” he said. “I think it will be very rewarding to know I was able to make a positive impact here in Moose Jaw.”
Speaking on which aspects of the automotive glass repair industry are most captivating to him, Klassen is particularly excited about the advancements in ADAS.
“The past few years have seen rapid developments in ADAS features in cars. It’s only going to get more complex, and understanding these systems is vital to ensure road safety after we handle a vehicle,” he explained.
A significant factor in Klassen’s decision to join Fix Network was the trust and support he felt from the network’s team.
