The AIA High Fives for Kids Foundation has launched a new website, www.aiahighfivesforkids.ca, to better serve the aftermarket in giving to worthy causes.
The bilingual site has been created to reflect an updated and refreshed brand, which will better serve the members of the aftermarket in their giving endeavours and acknowledge the grantees and local charities that work with children and youth. In addition to creating a more user-friendly site, the Foundation has included important information that outlines a new granting application process and funding cycles.
“To stay current and relevant, we believe it is necessary to provide a website with more available resources and information. This is also a timely launch because we’ve introduced a new format for grant applications,” explains AIA High Fives for Kids Foundation Executive Director, Luciana Nechita.
The High Fives for Kids Foundation, which was established in 2005 as a charitable non-profit organization, assists AIA Canada members and divisions in their efforts to support Canadian charities that benefit children and youth by collecting and redistributing funds as grants and scholarships.
“We are committed to creating brighter futures for Canadian children and youth by giving them the tools, opportunities, and support they need. The projects we fund provide training, equipment, experiences, and assistance so that young people can reach their full potential,” mentions Ray Proulx, KYB America, the Foundation Chair.
