The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is hosting a free webinar for service technicians on Thursday, July 1 at 4:00 p.m. ET entitled “Mastering Today’s Timing Drive Systems.”

Today’s engine timing systems have become much more complex than those in years past.

Many effective timing repair and replacement jobs now require a wide knowledge of products when dealing with kits containing more than 20 parts.

This webinar, presented by Jason Thompson and Cody Smith of Cloyes, will provide participants with insight into not only the most popular systems in the market, including VVT systems, but also the products involved.

The webinar also includes the evolution of timing systems, the parts used, ways to save valuable work time as well as training resources that can help do the job right the first time.

After registering, a confirmation email will be sent containing information about joining the webinar. Those who are not sure if they can attend are encouraged to register as they will receive a follow-up email with details on how to attend a recorded session, if available.
