Andy’s Tire Group, Atlantic Canada’s largest independent tire and auto service network, has announced the acquisition of Cantrek Tire & Supply.

This strategic merger marks a major expansion to strengthen the wholesale division on Prince Edward Island, providing customers with an expanded range of products and a deep network of experience in the industry.

The acquisition and merger of Cantrek Tire & Supply with Andy’s Tire Group will be completed effective Tuesday, October 1, 2024.

Under the leadership of Connor Barrett, Cantrek Tire & Supply’s commitment to service delivered exceptional value to PEI’s wholesale tire market. This acquisition will enable Andy’s Tire Group to enhance wholesale distribution on the Island and continue the high standard of customer service.
