Distribution Stox, has announced an agreement in principle to acquire the passenger and light truck distribution division of Techno Pneu Inc. in the Bas St-Laurent and Gaspésie regions.
The closing of the transaction is expected for June 14, 2024.
Activities of the six Centre de Services Techno Inc. located in Chandler, Amqui, Rimouski and Rivière-du-Loup will continue under the Point S banner and will remain the property of the Marquis family.
