NOVUS Glass Hamilton Central has announced its grand opening under the leadership of Jason Russell, Owner and Operator of Russell Automotive Repair & Service Inc.

With a deep-rooted passion for cars and more than two decades of experience, Jason brings an unparalleled level of expertise to the auto glass repair and replacement industry.

Jason’s journey in the automotive world began in high school, where his auto shop classes ignited a fascination with classic cars. At the age of 16, he and his now-wife built their first 1968 Mustang together, a project that reinforced his love for automobiles and set the stage for his future endeavors.

With over 20 years of owning and operating his shop and witnessing the growth in the glass and calibration space, he was inspired to establish NOVUS Glass Hamilton Central.

“Performing ADAS calibrations for four years showed me how the glass business could enhance what we already offer,” Russell says. “I saw an opportunity to elevate customer experiences and set new standards.”

He enjoys coaching these teams, where he can support his own children and others in developing important life skills.
