The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is hosting a free webinar for service technicians on Tuesday, March 8 at 4:00 p.m. ET entitled “Automatic Transmission/Transaxle Diagnosis.”
Automatic transmission/transaxle diagnosis relies on a solid approach to get to the root cause of problems.
In this webinar, William “Bill” McAleese with DRiV/Garage Gurus will unveil some key elements to build this approach including:
- Building a diagnostic flow when troubleshooting automatic transmission/transaxles
- Explaining components of the hydraulic portion of the automatic transmission/transaxle
- How to use clutch application and power flow charts to pinpoint failures in an automatic transmission/transaxle
